Room number 1 is very spacious and comfortable. It has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. In addition, you will have a kitchenette area with microwave, mini fridge and kitchen cabinet. 

The room is inside a recently renovated residence for girls , as for the common areas, you will have available the  spacious dining room, living room, terrace and equipped gym . You will also have the kitchen and laundry at your disposal. 

The price includes services and weekly cleaning of the room and bathroom. In addition, we will also change your sheets and towels periodically. 

If you don’t like to cook or don’t have time, we offer the extra half-board service, for an additional €200 per month, this includes breakfast and one meal a day, from Monday to Friday.

The female residence is located on the Paseo de Santa María de la Cabeza, very close to the Atocha station and the Reina Sofía Museum, an area very well connected with access to multiple bus lines, supermarkets, metro stations (line 3) and Renfe commuter trains (Delicias and Acacias).
